Worldwide valuations seem to be stretched and a lot of hope has been factored in to international markets.

If you're single, maybe try the tested method of marrying an older man. He'll be grateful for the attention in a world where older women's preferences (dreams?) seem to be trending towards younger men. I'm not intending to be sexist, just realistic.
