RC163703051CN from past 20 days it says 'Send to Airline'. NO update after that

It seems that after the initial collection ( Tue 12/3/2013 7:03 pm), it was in Shanghai.
This is seen from the following, starting from the bottom. Then after quite sometime, it went to Beijing.
