Is bus 916 express line have a limited time of operation too like bus 867?

No, it has not. Bus no. 916 operates throughout the year.

I am not clear how many times it operate, but the operating hours are from 05:50 to 19:50, departing from Dongzhimen bus stop. And I remember the interval is around 5min.
