career advancent or second child

Hi, I am born July 26, 1985 and I was wondering if this will be a good year to have a second child or to continue with my current job. Will I get a promotion this year?

You should have a second child, name him Xander or something similar. You have to give it all in work and show your boss that you're trustworthy and independent. Love your surroundings and the surroundings will love you even more. 2014 is your year.
