Is it possible to apply for a Chinese visum with a Dutch passport/HK ID in South-Korea?

Hey,

I will be studying in South-Korea from February till June 2014. Is it possible for me as an exchange student to apply for a Chinese visum in South-Korea? I can't apply for a visum in the Netherlands since my visum will expire before I enter China (Shanghai).

Well, you can apply in the South Korea if you have the ARC card with the validity of six months at least. Otherwise, you might fly to Japan or somewhere to apply for one.
