Hi there, i heard there is one month holiday in China, every year starting from 1st feb to 28 feb. is it true?

No, there is no such a long holiday for common people. Only the students and teachers enjoy a one-month winter vacation and a two-month summer vacation in July and August every year. For common establishments in China, there is just a one-week holiday for the Spring Festival in January or February.
