From which Hospital/Doctor i can examine my Physically test for visa purpose

I got admission in university at Shanghai and need to submit my physical examination for further proceedings and i 'll have to report at university till 22nd Feb-2014 maximum. Is there any hospital or doctor at Chinese embassy's panel from whom i will be examined or what procedure i should adopt to complete my needs please.
