About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Where is my parcel (RB921065908CN)??

My parcel RB921065908CN was as "departure from outward office of exchange" on December 15 at 8:33. After that it turned into "opening" on the same December 15 but at 9:00. Could you please tell me if the parcel has already left China? Tks!

Probably, the parcel was still in China according to the status.
You may try to contact the seller to ask whether you can get your money back.
