About:China Student Visa

For china student visa from where i need to attested my documents and if medical necessary then where should i go for health examination?

You should get your documents attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. After you download the examination form from the website of Chinese embassy in your country and then have the examination at the state-owned hospitals. Then you should get the results attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs too.
