About my career and married relationship to end for this year 2014

Wondering and still figuring out of my what career is best for me to take for this year? and About my married life planning to end this year to file divorce but I still dont know if its right to do to set him free instead, I do not know if we have still chance to make it better even we both tried but still we have a lot of struggling and fights. Even to the point of loyalty his Bday is march 18, 1980 and mine is dec 9,1980. I dont know if its right to still continue when the rust is gone, he never say anything to win me back or change what is I dont like in our relationship, all i want is open and good relationship but there is always some girls who is around him who i may not know...
