Hello I was born on may 7, 1986 I'm planning to go back in school and take culinary arts.. Do you think this is the best time?

And when I will get a stable job? Thank you

You will get a prefect job this year and you can be easily put at a important postion if you can work hard as before.
if you want to go back to school for learning, this is also a good year. It is suggested to think carefully before making the decision.
