About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Is it possible to send a battery LiFePO4 (18 KG) from Chengdu to Israel ?

How much will be the shipment in this case ?
I am asking about the cheapest way available

I heard the only the EMS can send the battery, so it is suggested to contact the local EMS office to confirm.
