How do you wish someone good luck and good fortune in the New Year?

They have different ways to wish some good luck.
For kids, they always get lucky money from seniors, which represent the good wishes from the seniors, hoping their kids having a great future.
For friends, they always send messages to express their wishes and words include: Happy New Year (Xin Nian Kuai Le), Wish you prosperity (Gong Xi Fa Cai) and so on.
