Chinese visa in Egypt for Serbian citizen who is tourist in Egypt and wants fly to China from Egypt

I am citizen of Serbia and currently in Cairo Egypt as tourist. How can get it (tourist of any other) here in Egypt without need to go back to Serbia? Is there a chance that I fly to Hong Kong and then apply for it there?
