business invitation letter

Do you have any sample of business invitation letter for reference ? So I can have my Chinese partner to prepare one accordingly. Thanks,

Sorry, there is no sample of invitation letter, but the invitation should contain following information:

(1) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)

(2) Information on the planned visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures)

(3) Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual.

I have many samples for business invitations but sorry i'm unable to attached it here so you can send me an email at serviceind@yahoo.com and i will reply you with samples.

BTW, you can ask your contact for "Invitation letter of duly authorized Unit 被授权单位邀请函" OR confirmation letter of invitation 邀请确认函" issued by Chinese Authority together with an invitation letter from inviting person/company.

They will need scan of your passport copy to apply official type invitation from Chinese authority. However, i suggest you to apply Chinese tourist visa instead which required no official type invitation and you can visit all cities and do business activity in China.
