Is their subway option from Guangzhou Airport to 228 Tianhe Road,Tianhe District

I would like to take subway train from GZ Airport to Marriott Hotel at 228 Tianhe Road,Tianhe District

Yes, you can take the subway to your hotel directly.
From the airport, you can take the subway line 3 to reach Linhe West Station and then change to the APM Line to reach Sports Center South Station. Get out of the station from Exit A and then walk along the Tianhe Road to reach your hotel easily.
