About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Hi! Where is my parcel: RC418631754CN?

Hi, my parcel RC418631754CN say first "Delivery to airport" on 21 January, second "Departure from outward office of exchange" on 23 January and final "Opening" till 23 January.
My parcel has been shipped from the site on 19 January, is still in China?

According to the latest information, it is hard to tell where the parcel is exactly. It is so pity. It is suggested to wait for a while. If there is still no update, it is suggested contact the seller to return your money or find other methods to solve the problems.
