hi! where is my parcel: rc418631754cn?

Hi, my parcel RC418631754CN say first Delivery to airport on 21 January, second  Departure from outward office of exchange on 23 January and final Opening till 23 January. My parcel has been shipped from the site on 19 January, is still in China?Thanks.
