my birthdate is nov 15, 1973 and my mate was born on march 1, 1978. are we compatible and will i get a new job in another city or country.

You just make a so so match. To be together happily, I suggest you communicate with each other regularly. Support each other and you will gain real happiness!

As for job expectation, you will get a new one easily, but it is a little hard for our mate.
