About:Sun Island Scenic Area

I want to travel to Harbin during Chinese New Year, from Jan 30-Feburary 2nd. Will the attractions be open during this time?

Please do not worry. The attractions will open during that time and many Chinese visitors will choose to go sightseeing during that time.
