how to get a ticket after used your ticket service

How can i get the ticket after i buy it from your online ticket services. Your company have office in Nanning and Guilin, have not?

I come from Vietnam by train(Hanoi-Nanning). I want to buy a bullet train ticket (D8210) from Nanning to Guilin. I want to know how you deliver the ticket to me. For example, how i can get the ticket at Nanning station after I bought it from your service.
