About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Tracking Number: RC283699711CN

The status of this order is "Collection" since December 18, 2013. Can you guide me whether the item has been returned back to the supplier or should I need to wait more for my parcel to arrive in Sweden?

Hi, there is no update since Dec. 18. So strange! However, it was not sent back to the sender. My suggestion is taht you should check it again next week. If there won't be nothing new, you should go to your local post office for a check.
