I am an indian, presently in saudi arabia

My daughters are interested in joining china university for MBBS, So is it possible to get a visa for the guardian for their care taking?

I am afraid not, because your daughters will get student X type with documents from the university. Only direct relatives are able to get long-term S visa visiting/accompanying their X.
