I wonder whether u are referring to the Kazy International Youth Hostel at No. 27, Tongjiang Street, Daoli District. If so, it is within 15km to the tiger park, so you can surely take a taxi to reach and the cab fare shall be CNY30 or a little more. By bus, you can walk from the hostel to Tongjiangjie bus stop to take bus no. 13区间 to Songbeiqu Zhengfu Station and then walk to Yiyuan Road Station to transfer to bus no. 122 to the park directly then.
