Are any hotels available adjacent to the Pudong Intl Airport?

I have a 19 hour lay-over until I leave for Xiangyang

Yes, there is. Except the hourly hotels in the airport, there is a Dazhong Airport Hotel between the T1 and T2. You can walk to the airport within 5min from the hotel.
