About:What is the Great Wall of China made of?

why mud is filled in the wall????? why wooden planks are used????

It is said that the construction material is not the mud only. Mud as well as the certain oil and rice soup are mixed together to build the Wall and this material are very firm and last for a long time.
The wooden planks also used for reinforce.
