Hi! Please advise how to get to Park Lane Hotel from Disneyland Hotel.

I'll be travelling with an elderly with limited walking capacity. We plan to stay overnight first at Disney Hotel then to Park Lane after. Is it a short walk if we take the Disney MTR to Sunny Bay then change to Tung Chung Line? And after that, is it possible for us to take the Airport Express Bus without an Airport Express ticket for the day? Thanks
