Is there a free shuttle bus from hongkong airport to metropark hotel kowloon if yes, where and how?

No, there is no direct free shuttle bus from HKIA to the hotel. You may misunderstand that. You should take Airport Express to Kowloon Station, near which you can find free shuttle bus line K5 to the hotel then.
