Senior citizen to Jiu Xiang Scenic area

We have old people together to Jiu Xiang Scenic area, she can not take the cable car, what are the possible option for her?

The horse ride is recommended for the seniors. They'd better not walk into the scenic area, because it will be a little hard for senior citizens.
