Hello, during the Spring Festival, is it good to travel to well-known tourist places like Pingyao?

Will it be full of tourists, especially locals?

Yes, it is a wonderful place for enjoying the Spring Festival. Many traditional acitivities and food can be enjoyed.
Tourists will be many during that time, so it is suggested to book the hotel in advance. If you can book the train or flight tickets, PY is a excellent place for staying during the festival.
