About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Chinese tourist Lfor Israeli passport holder in Philippines

Hi I'm in Philippines now. My plan is to visit HK after this and from there to china.
1. Do I need any visa for Hong Kong?
2. Can I apply an L in Philippines? Or should I do it in HK?

Thank you!

No, it is unnecessary to apply one for HK, but you do need to apply for a tourist L in advance. If you have proof of legal status in the Philippines, then it is no problem for you to apply there.
