About:Year of the Pig

Over bearing with my husband?

My husband is year of the pig and I'm year of the tiger. We've been together 18 year and have a boy and a girl together. I feel like I the only one who plans everything for us. If I don't plan we just sit there and do nothing. How can I get him to take some initiative and contributing. I hope I'm not being over bearing. What can I do to give him the confidence?
