Hi I'm a woman tiger about to marry a ox man.

Our wedding date is August 30, 2014 Saturday chosen be his dad . Isn't it a bad luck date that's what I heard from other people. We are born 1975 tiger and ox is 1973.
Help! I did choose August 2, 2014 but they said its ghost day or month on Chinese calendar so we are stuck with August 30, 2014 . Or maybe we could secretly married on another good day , then still have traditional wedding day/ banquet on aug 30,2014 .
