About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Hello, can you help? My tracking number is CP166754097CN and CP270953741CN.

Last status for both of them are "Delivery to airport", the location is Guangzhou since last December 21st.. TT_TT It's already one month now since I packed it (and I choosed AIR category).. Now I'm starting to worried. Thanks for your help!

Don't worry! They are normal. I just tracked that both of them have arrived at your capital city, Jakarta on Jan. 2. By now, it must be close to you. Just wait and it will arrive soon.

Really? Could you tell me how did you know it have arrived on Jakarta by Jan 2? Because whenever I tracked it, it will always says "NULL". TT_TT
