Question

I have been unfortunate with bad luck health my whole life.  From accidents to birth defects it never seems to end.These health issues have always caused problems at work from pain to missing work, and the cycle seems to be repeating itself.  Will 2014 be the year I can focus on my career instead of my health?

Sorry to hear that, but it seems that your physical condition will get better in 2014. I suggest you keep a healthy diet and hold positive attitude to life so that you will recover sooner. Then you may get success in your career! In 2014, you should balance career and health.
