should of been able to track this from after 3 days dispatched the item was dispatched on the 26th dec which I am confused about as that's boxing day any way I have tried to track and information is saying no tracking available can any one help me please thank you

But around 20 days have passed. There is no update online about the parcel. You'd better confirm the tracking number with the sender.

Hi I re emailed the seller and still have no response after 7 hrs so I filed a dispute with in a matter of minutes I had a reply this is what it says :
Hello,I have consulted the post office.there is some problem with the customs security. You can track it next week. can you cancel the dispute. How would I find out if there is a problem with customs in china as I seem to be receiving other mail from there
