it has been 60 days I did not receive this item. and more then 6 weeks from the last update. any information or help please.

I helped you track the parcel and found the same information. Sorry for this! However, if things are going smoothly, it will arrive at your country within a week. Therefore, I suggest you go to ur local post office to consult after a week.
