About:China Visa Application in USA

Return of Visa from Wash DC Consular for trip to China?

Travel agency Gate 1, said they do not help with this if I send paper work how would I get it back as the consul does not mail back?

Hi, the embassy does not provide mail back service, nor accept mail applications. So you need to do this in person or entrust somebody else to handle this.
