Can somebody help me and tell me where is my parcel RB670360072CN ?

I ordered many times and received my orders about 25 days. But this parcel I ordered since November 16-th and the status now is "Departure from outward office of exchange" in Beijing since December 18-th. Can somebody tell me something about this problem. Thanks.
