So if I have an octopus card with a usable value,I can take the Airport Express 2 HK Station 4 free

You mean you want to use the octopus card to take the airport express from the HKIA to HK station for free?
If so, it is impossible. The octopus card can be used for taking the airport express, but the corresponding amount of money will be deducted from that card.
