It has said NULL FOC since Dec. 23, 2013. I am wondering if I need to dispute this purchase with PayPal before it gets too late to do so. I want what I purchased, I am worried about getting scammed by my seller. I thought it was legit when I received my tracking number, but not seeing anything happen for the past 3 weeks is very annoying.
