About:China Postal Service

My tracking number (RB674171454CN) got stuck on Nov 07th 2013

Hello, my tracking number got stuck in China since Nov 07th 2013 and it doesn't have more movements. What can I do?
I don't know where my package is and I don't know what to do.
I will appreciate any help.
