About:China Postal Service

hello its been one month now that my order RB960405991CN have the statu NULL on intmail (customs)

Help me please, what have I to do with the customs, where my package is exactly?

I just tracked that ur parcel has arrived at France, which should be the destination, on Dec. 23. By now, it must be close to you. You are suggested to go to your local post office to have a try!
