About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Why is my package stuck in "Opening"?

My package is stuck in "opening" since Dec 5th 2013. Tracking no is RC014639249CN. Do i cancel the order or should i wait?

You can just wait. It is almost close to you and no need to cancel it.
