About:China Postal Service

how come there are no record of shipments?

I purchased certain items on aliexpress and was given following tracking numbers:

RC394459652CN
RC397436845CN
RF196995468SG

However, china mail website reports that there are no information about these parcels?
Some of them were sent a week ago.

RC394459652CN is still untrackable.
RC397436845CN is collected by China Post in Yuyao on Jan. 14.
RF196995468SG was started to be posted on Jan. 7.

Thank you so much for your help.
I've tried checking again all of my parcels and I still get report that there is no information about either of the parcels.
