From where you are, you can walk to the Tongzilin Subway Station to take the subway line 1 to North Renmin Road Station and then change a taxi to CD Zoo Bus Stop. From that bus stop, you can find bus line 87 or 198 and take either of them to reach Xiongmao Jidi Station (Panda Base).0
