About:China Postal Service

Can I know the status of my parcel? The tracking number is RB917589413CN.

It's been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received it and the online tracking has not been updated since Jan. 6.

I appreciate the answer. But I find it strange, it went from Nanjing to Guangzhou and back to Nanjing? And up to now it hasn't been dispatched yet. Do you know why?

I am not sure about the reason. But I was also in the same case. My order was dispatched for several times and finally arrived around 14 days later.
