About:China Postal Service

Is my package coming? my tracking # is RC063067471CN

I ordered my package on the 17th of december 2014. It still says sent to airline, and has not moved since. If you could tell me what is going on that would be great. I want to know how long I should wait until i assume it is never going to get here. Thanks in advance.
