From Tsim Sar Tsui to Yuen Long

How do I proceed from Tsim Sar Tsui to Yuen Long? Is there anything to see in Yuen Long?

From Tsim Sha Tsui, you can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui East Station to take the West Rail Line to Yuen Long Station.
For seeing around the Yuen Long, I am sorry that I am not very clear.
