Chinese Embassy - Hong Kong

As an Irish passport holder - do I need to complete documentation with my Chinese Embassy before I travel to Hong Kong (tourism under 90 days) even though I do not requirte a visa?
Thanks

Hi, it is not necessary. You can visit HK freely with your valid passoprt, and if possible, prepare your ticket and hotel reservations for your travel there.
