Where is package (RB931788812CN) and where sending it?

Hello. The package with tracking number - RB931788812CN come to Latvia from China. Latvian custom says - not delivery address and send back to seller (China)! There really lost my address on package? Maybe you can see this package? I not receive it and seller not receive back it yet. Thanks!

Don't worry! It has left China by now, heading for the destination. Just wait!

Thanks for reply. It's now send to Latvia again? But on package not (lost - that said customs) my delivery address. It come to Latvia and customs again send back to China, China send to Latvia, Latvia send to China .... and so forth! :-D Then I never chance to get it. Ok, I wait item. Thanks.
